Hard rock titans Disturbed have announced the expansion of their 2016 tour in support of their sixth studio release, Immortalized via Reprise Records. The tour, which kicks off February 12 in Winnipeg, and makes a stop in Calgary, February 18th at Grey Eagle Event Centre.

"Our return from hiatus was for one reason: we are dying for our fix of the live experience,” said David Draiman. “We need to satisfy our addiction to the feeling you get when you play to the most dedicated and vibrant fan base in existence, the Disturbed ones. We can't wait. Prepare yourselves. The Leviathan has risen."

The Grammy Award-nominated foursome returned from its four year hiatus earlier this summer by announcing Immortalized. The album features single “The Vengeful One,” lauded by Loudwire, who said, “Expect ‘The Vengeful One’ to take its place alongside the band’s biggest hits.”

Joining the tour will be Saint Asonia and Age of Days. Saint Asonia consists of ex-3 Days Grace singer Adam Gontier, Staind guitarist and writer, Mike Mushok with Corey Lowery (bass), and Rich Beddoe (drums). Saint Asonia just finished their European tour where they opened for Alice Cooper and Motley Crue on the Crue’s Final Tour. Age of Days has multiple Top 20's and a #1 smash hit 'Afflicted' on Sirius/XM Octane under their belt, the band has played coast to coast across Canada and the USA - touring with rock heavyweights Papa Roach, Hinder, Theory of a Deadman, Pop Evil and Buckcherry, to name a few.

Formed in Chicago in 1996, the multi-platinum Disturbed – David Draiman [vocals], Dan Donegan [guitar], Mike Wengren [drums], and John Moyer [bass] – have sold 12 million albums globally, scored nine No. 1 singles at Active Rock Radio, and had four consecutive albums debut at #1 on the Billboard Top 200, a feat shared only with Metallica and Dave Matthews Band. Their quadruple-platinum 2000 debut The Sickness formally announced their arrival as hard rock leaders, with that status solidified by their subsequent Grammy Award nomination as well as gold-, platinum- and double platinum-certified records.
