evenko, Osheaga and Greenland are thrilled to present The National at l'Esplanade du Centenaire du Canal Lachine on June 13th.

Following the announcement of their return to New York on June 5th at Barclay’s Center, The National are pleased to announce their North American and European summer tour. The tour begins on May 16th and covers the eastern United States and Canada before heading to Europe.

A brand new studio album from The National is slated for a May release on 4AD. This forthcoming release is follow up to the critically acclaimed High Violet (2010), which brought the band global critical and commercial success. People Magazine described the album as “stellar, moody atmospherics.” and Rolling Stone called it “a seductive collection of subtly surging anti-anthems, with evocative lyrics about the terrors and unexpected joys of adult life.”

evenko, Osheaga et Greenland sont heureux de présenter The National à l'Esplanade du Centenaire du Canal Lachine le 13 juin prochain.

Faisant suite à l’annonce de leur retour à New York au Barclay’s Centre le 5 juin, The National sont heureux d’annoncer les dates de leur tournée estivale nord-américaine. La tournée débute le 16 mai et couvrira l’est des États-Unis et le Canada avant de se diriger vers l’Europe.

Un nouvel album de The National est prévu pour le mois de mai sous l’étiquette 4D. Cet album fera suite à High Violet qui fut acclamé par la critique en 2012 et qui a propulsé le groupe vers un succès planétaire. People Magazine a décrit l’album comme « excellent, émotionnel et atmosphérique » alors que le Rolling Stone a dit que c’était « une collection subtile déferlante de chansons constituées de paroles évocatrices à propos de la terreur et des plaisirs inattendus de la vie adulte ».
