Aspiring to provide an intimate, alternate, upscale, live music experience in Montreal,
Lee Park, violinist and producer has compiled an accomplished group of musicians. !
Park's sextet features Canada’s best: on trumpet Ron Di Lauro, faculty of University of
Montreal and McGill University; on Stand Up Bass Solon McDade, of the Juno award
winning group the McDades; on Rhodes Piano and Electronica, fresh off a multinational
tour, Gabriel Vinuela-Pelletier; on Baby Grand Piano, Juno winner Chad Linsley;
internationally renowned Mark Wheaton on percussion; and Lee Park, on violin.
Showcasing pieces are Astor Piazzolla’s epic masterpieces. !
Park’s new ensemble combines elements of lounge, electronica and structured improv.
Of these hand picked gems Lee is quoted as saying, "I just can't stop listening to these
pieces. I have to share them, I have no choice." !
This event features, Denise Buisman Pilger and Pazit Perez’s piece "Sin City" along
with other benchmark art works. Invited artists Karina Max-Brown and Geena
Glowicki will also showcase primary artworks and new creations.
