After a career spanning more than 70 years, legendary artist Petula Clark is preparing a new album in French and a major Quebec tour for Spring 2018.

Having sung songs from some of the greatest songwriters such as Gainsbourg, Brel, Bécaud, Aznavour, Delanoë, Lemesle, amongst many others, Petula is meeting Quebec several songwriters and composers this week in Montreal in order to work on new material. The recording sessions will happen in Montreal in the Fall of 2017.

Following the album’s release, Petula Clark will come back to Quebec for a series of exceptional concerts starting in May 2018. Having sold more than 80 million albums throughout her career, Petula is one of the world’s most beloved artists. From “Downtown” to “C’est ma chanson,” “Chariot” to “Colour My World,” audiences will get to hear all of Petula Clark’s international hits in addition to a few songs from her new album.
