evenko has taken note of the Quebec government’s decision to suspend all events for an indefinite period, we must sadly confirm that due to COVID-19 concerns, The Black Keys at Bell Centre on May 8 will be cancelled. While this decision comes at a time of universal uncertainty, we take the safety and health of our guests, staff and community very seriously. We urge everyone to follow the guidelines and protocols put forth by public health officials.

Refunds will be processed in the following manner:

- Clients that purchased via evenko.ca or by phone will automatically receive a refund on the credit card used to make the purchase. Please note that refunds can take up to thirty (30) business days depending on the financial institution.

- Customers that purchased their tickets in person must return to the point of purchase to obtain their refund.
