Songs Of Muslim Women: An event where local Muslim women musicians share original and traditional songs from various music styles sharing a spiritual thread. EMW is an Ottawa-based group that promotes, nurtures and exhibits the creativity of Muslim women in the National Capital region. This event is presented with the generous support of Ottawa 2017, the JUNO Host Committee and the Ottawa Music Industry Coalition.
