“AMARYLLIS,” the fourth studio album from Atlantic recording group Shinedown, has made a spectacular debut atop Billboard’s “Rock Albums” chart, while simultaneously entering at #4 on the overall Billboard 200 with over 105,000 units sold. This marks the multi-platinum group's highest ever chart debut which also sees "AMARYLLIS" standing tall at #1 on the “Hard Rock Albums” chart as well as #3 on the “Digital Albums” chart.
The album’s first single “Bully” continues to hold the #1 at Rock radio, marking Shinedown’s 7th consecutive chart-topper at the format. Shinedown heralded the release of “AMARYLLIS” with an electrifying performance of “Bully,” on the outdoor stage at ABC’s Jimmy Kimmel Live! The official “Bully” video – directed by Darren Doane, has received early adds at mtvU and Fuse’s No. 1 Countdown. A video for the album’s upcoming second single, “Unity,” premiered on AOL’s Noisecreep. Both “Bully” and “Unity” are streaming at ShinedownTV, the band’s YouTube channel (located at youtube.com/ShinedownTV).
Shinedown contributed the song “I’m Alive” to the box office hit The Avengers soundtrack.
