EONS (mattcully.bandcamp.com)
Matt Cully's (Bruce Peninsula) solo project sees him joined by many BP related guest, as well as other luminaries from across Toronto's music scene, for what is an intimate voyage of humble guitar work & heart felt vocals. Matt's music comes from a place of honest in a true ramblers heart. You can hear his years of experience meandering the back alleys, as his crafted songs roll off the cuff, as natural as the wind.

MATTHEW "DOC" DUNN (healingpowertoronto.bandcamp.com/albu...)
Toronto mastermind Matthew "Doc" Dunn bring his newest ensemble to the east. A hand picked super group built to welcome the cloud of spacious groove psych Dunn has been carefully composing for the last decade. His guitar playing flourishes amongst deep organ tones that wash over a rhythms section that sounds like they are straight from some lost 70's sauna. As sweeping as his work with Transcendental Rodeo, but retaining the focus of his recent solo outings. Not to be missed for serious psych heads.

JOOJ (facebook.com/joojmusic)
Sook-Yin Lee (Definitely Not The Opera, Year Of The Carnivore, etc) & Adam Litovitz create dreamy electronic ballads merged with minimalist dance tendencies. Humming synth work adds traces of hope to these melancholic hymns. Sounding like contemporary church music from some underground ceremony, Sook-Yin's vocals waver under hearty industrial electronic tones, only to later soar with strength into the high heavens. Synthesized strings tread in the air of lost new age devotion. Like the new classics you forgot.

ALEX LUKASHEVSKY (alukashevsky.bandcamp.com)
Toronto's best kept secret, weirdo singer/songwriter Alex "The Alligator" Lukashevsky plays warped blues compositions rife with avant jazz & folk influence. A true renegade with an innate sense of give & take. Lukashevsky arranges angular guitar chords with laid back rhythms and vocals that infuse an inspiring sense of levity. His guitar playing flows much like the telling of a really good joke, always letting the punch line loose at just the right moment. Come early to catch his gem live!
