Catfish and The Bottlemen's debut album The Balcony (out now through Island Records/Universal Music Canada) went straight into the UK Top 10 on release, coming ahead of a sold-out 18 date Winter 2014 headline tour, including a night at London Koko on November 7. The new single 'Cocoon' on the A list at Radio 1, alongside playlist slots at 6Music and XFM, (plus their fifth consecutive Hottest Record in The World from Zane Lowe) and announced for the EA SPORTS FIFA 15 soundtrack alongside the likes of Jungle, Rudimental and Kasabian.

The Balcony was produced by Jim Abbiss (Arctic Monkeys, Adele) and includes tracks off the band’s acclaimed EP Kathleen and the Other Three as well as new, never-before recorded songs. The full-length was released earlier this year in the U.K. and Europe and charted in the top 10 on the official U.K. albums chart.

The much-anticipated release of The Balcony comes on the tail end of a hugely successful summer for the English lads from Llandudno, which has seen them play over 30 festival dates- to a collective audience of over 175,000 people- including the likes of Reading & Leeds, Latitude, Bestival and T In The Park, plus Ibiza/Mallorca Rocks alongside Jake Bugg.

Catfish and the Bottlemen are McCann, Johnny Bond (lead guitar), Benji Blakeway (bass) and Bob Hall (drums). Hailing from North Wales, the band signed to Communion records in 2013 and made a splash onto the London music scene soon after, playing over 100 shows in 2014 alone.
