GRIMES, the multimedia project of Canadian artist Claire Boucher, announced today that she will embark on her headlining North American “Rhinestone Cowgirl” Tour with very special guest Nicole Dollanganger. The tour will begin with Grimes playing the Growlers Beach Goth Festival on October 24th in Santa Ana, CA, and will hit major markets including New York, Toronto, Los Angeles, Chicago and more.

After opening select dates this past summer for Lana Del Rey’s “Endless Summer” Tour, Grimes will showcase her unique, live experience in her much anticipated headlining tour. As in the past, fans have come to expect the unexpected from the self-taught producer, singer, multi-instrumentalist, visual artist and director. The “Rhinestone Cowgirl” Tour, her first headlining tour since 2012, promises to be no different. Grimes’ music, art and aesthetic were described by Vogue as “DIY couture.” The highly anticipated follow up to her last LP “Visions” is expected this fall.
