“Complete Unabashed Sensual Euphoria” has been slowly coming to a boil for nearly two years. Written, performed and recorded by Eric St-Laurent the album in its essence was finally brought to life once songstress Geneviève Marentette lent her vocals to some of the wordless songs.

This new work created by Eric St. Laurent’s alter ego, Dr. Janowitz, can be described as “dream synth-pop” was created for the electronic listener. The album features lush soundscapes and haunting melodies over quietly pulsing electronic beats lending itself as the soundtrack to someone’s lucid dream.

Although the album is a studio creation, Dr. Janowitz will be presented as a live act as well. The first feature performance of Dr. Janowitz will be held at The Cameron House in Toronto on December 14, 2016 and will feature musicians Kelsey McNulty (voice & keys), Janelle Monique Dewhurts (voice & keys), Ben Wittman (drums) and Eric St-Laurent (bass & keys).

This is a show that is sure to expand your physical sense of space and take you through an abstract world of dark ambient down-tempo IDM.
