ANSWER WITH METAL

Answer With Metal is a thrash/heavy/power metal band that formed in 2008 as a new lineup of an old band, but quickly evolved into a new entity altogether. Over the course of three years the band recorded three demo EPs. In 2011 the band signed to Spread the Metal Records and delivered a seven song, self titled debut album which was released in 2012. To coincide with the release of the album, the band traveled to Halifax to open the first Spread the Metal Fest, which was headlined by Kataklysm, Cryptopsy and Morbid Angel. In the years since, the band has opened/been direct support for Skull Fist, Striker, Primal Fear and Havok. The band is also currently hard at work recording their second full length album, entitled Handling the Blade which will feature nine songs. This album will be released independently, being recorded, engineered and produced by the band themselves in spring 2015.
