Improvised lyrics and music by a 5-piece brass band; swing, ska, funk, jump blues, and more. It is pure cabaret: The wit and charm of veteran entertainer Michael Louis Johnson lead a band of crack musicians (members of Lemon Bucket Orkestra and the Holy Gasp). “You make up a title - We make up a song” is the band's motto. They get a title from the audience, decide a key and launch into a new song, complete with lyrics, harmonies, choruses, the lot. But be clear, this is not some experimental artistic exploration, it's a party.
