With a multitude of artists, the For King and Country: Canada In The Great War show is an epic journey through time, trenches and turmoils by this profound and gifted composer, Tony Quarrington. The album of original songs which you will hear on Dec. 7th, chronicles the Canadian experience in World War One, from the harrowing feats of Winnipeg flying ace Alan McLeod, to the extraordinary exploits of Anishnabe sniper Francis Pegahmagabow; from the decimation of the royal Newfoundland Regiment at the Somme, to the plight of the wives and widows left behind.
