CONVERGE

Converge is a prolific punk-metal band formed in 1990 and after several singles, released their first full-length, Halo in a Haystack, in 1994. By 2000, with the release of their fourth full-length, Jane Doe, Converge were regarded as one of the most original and innovative bands to emerge from the punk underground. A quartet consisting of Jacob Bannon, Kurt Ballou, Nate Newton and Ben Koller, the band also found time to lend out members to various side projects, including Kingdom of the Sun, Old Man Gloom and Kid Kilowatt (the short-lived band that also included members of Cave In). Known for intense live shows and extensive touring, the band played over 600 shows in ten years, making it possible for them to retain their cult status within the punk underground without the kind of commercial success that has vaulted other punk bands into the middle of alternative rock radio and press.

Current Line-up:-

Jacob Bannon (Vocals, Lyrics, Visuals)
Kurt Ballou (Guitar, Vocals, Bass Guitar, Keyboards, Theremin)

CULT LEADER

Progressive Crust band from Salt Lake City, Utah

All heavy/aggressive music comes from the same place. The biggest distinction that should be made between bands of this type shouldn't be by (sub) genrefication, but simply by how authentically and effectively they convey what they're trying to convey. Hopefully the sounds we make and the way we operate makes that point clearer than words can, but in case they don't, here are the words. This is where we are coming from, forever have, and forever will.

Sam Richards - BASS
Mike Mason - GUITAR
Casey Hansen - DRUMS
Anthony Lucero - VOCALS

THE ATLAS MOTH

Sludge/doom metal band with some psychedelic overtones from Chicago, IL, USA.

NECK OF THE WOODS

Formed in early 2014, Neck of the Woods’ exhilarating brand of progressive metal and charged live shows have quickly earned them a reputation as one of the most exciting acts to emerge from Vancouver’s metal scene.

The group’s complex and dynamic sound along with frontman Jeff Radomsky’s resonating live performance helped the band quickly rise to prominence, resulting in the band representing Vancouver in the Wacken Metal Battle Finals in Toronto mere months after their first show. In May 2015, Neck of the Woods released their blistering debut EP, with significant critical acclaim coming from as far afield as Denmark. Summer 2016 will see them accompany metalcore legends Misery Signals on the Canadian leg of their 2016 tour as well as embarking on their very own tour of Western Canada. Fresh from having unleashed their ferocious tech metal to 11 audiences across Western Canada, October will see them record their hotly anticipated full length LP and see them further entrench the already significant impact Neck of the Woods have had on Canada’s metal scene.

NUMENOREAN

Started as a two-man project from Calgary, with Byron recording and writing all the songs and Brandon on vocals. After the release of a two song Demo in June 2014, other members joined the band.

2016 line-up:
