From the Promoter

Your existing ticket will be valid at the door. Times remain the same. You can print/download a new version of the ticket using the link below if you wish.

If you are not able to make it on new date and would like to get a refund please message us directly by email at clubcouturetour@gmail.com with the subject “Jinkx Ottawa Refund”.

The email should contain your full name, the email address used to purchase tickets, and the order number, if possible.

Request for refunds will be accepted until 11:59pm on Wednesday April 1st, 2020. Refunds will not be offered after April 1st.

Please allow one week from the time of your request for your refund to be processed by the venue/ticketing platform. You will be updated by email once your refund is complete.
